Is there a way to get to the center of the galaxy without disturbing the grox in spore?

Hey, i started a new game on spore, and my goal is to ally the grox, at the moment im at 57(not yet allied), but also i do want to get to the center of the galaxy( i already have in other games) is there a way i can get to the center of the galaxy, get the staff of life, the achivement(i cheated on my past game) and still be friends with the grox?Is there a way to get to the center of the galaxy without disturbing the grox in spore?
No, First of all you DO NOT want to ally the grox if you do all the species except the grox will be your enemy because you allied the grox. Then they will attack you.



This is what you want to do. First buy a colony incredi-pak and us it on a planet near the grox territory. Buy a lot of repair packs and have the best interstellar drive installed on to your ship. After that mad dash it to the middle with some ally ships. Don't attack the grox just Dash it. You will eventually make it to the center.
