Spore: I am running out of the staff of light. Can i renew it?

i got the staff of light from the center of the galaxy and i am running out. i went back to the center, but i could not re-enter it. is there a way of renewing it with a cheat of other thing? Thanks.Spore: I am running out of the staff of light. Can i renew it?
There was a mod which froze your staff charges. I don't remember what the site was where I downloaded it. Try searching for Spore (version number) trainer.
